Do I need an account to book?
No. You can book as a guest with just a name and mobile number. Creating a free account keeps every booking in one place and pre-fills your details next time.
What happens if my hold expires?
Your slots are released back to everyone else, the checkout closes and nothing is charged. Just select your times again — it takes seconds.
How do cancellations work?
Each venue sets a free-cancellation window, usually 24 hours before your slot, and shows it before you pay. Cancel from My Bookings any time before the slot starts and it is released immediately. Inside the window a refund is up to the venue.
How do I pay?
Online, on Xendit's secure checkout: GCash, Maya, a credit or debit card, or online banking. There's no money to send by hand and no receipt to upload; your booking confirms on its own once the payment clears. Your card and e-wallet details go to Xendit, never to SportsH2R. Some Open Play sessions also let you pay at the venue desk, and say so before you join.
What is Open Play?
A scheduled session you join individually instead of booking a whole court. Sessions are skill-banded and capped. When one fills, you join a waitlist that promotes the next person automatically.
Can I book more than one court at once?
Yes. Select hours across courts in the same visit. Each hour is its own line, paid together in one checkout.
