SportsH2R is a booking platform. The courts, facilities and services you book are provided by independent venue partners, who set their own rates, operating hours and house rules.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide when booking, including your contact number — venues use it to reach you about your reservation.
Accounts found creating fake bookings, repeatedly no-showing, or abusing venue staff may be suspended.
Court rates are set by the venue. A system usage fee of ₱25 per checkout is added and shown before you pay.
When you confirm a booking, your slots are held for 10 minutes while you complete payment. If the hold lapses, the slots are released automatically and nothing is charged.
Payments are taken online through our payment provider, Xendit, by GCash, Maya, credit or debit card, or online banking. Your booking, Open Play spot or tournament entry confirms automatically once the payment clears. We don't take manual transfers or receipts. Some Open Play sessions let you pay at the venue desk instead; the session says so before you join.
Each venue sets a free-cancellation window, 24 hours before the start time unless its page says otherwise. The window is shown before you pay.
You can cancel from My Bookings any time before your slot starts. Cancelling early enough is free. Cancelling later still releases the slot so other players can book it, but a refund is at the venue's discretion. Once a slot has started, only the venue desk can cancel it.
You only need to cancel once. The venue sees the cancellation straight away.
Where a refund is due, it is returned through the same channel you paid with. Refunds can take a few days to appear.
If a venue cancels your confirmed booking — for maintenance, weather or any other reason — you are entitled to a full refund including the system usage fee.
If a payment fails or the checkout expires before you pay, nothing is charged and the slot is released.
Open Play sessions are capped. When a session is full you may join the waitlist; the first person on the list is promoted automatically when a spot opens.
Please cancel your spot if your plans change so the next player can take it.
